Site Selection
We can help you with site selection or you can choose and we will work to ensure your home style fits the land. Please view our Stonehedge Estates using the navigation above. Stonehedge offers beautiful wooded walkouts and oversized lots. Stonehedge is close Century High School, the new Mayo Family Clinic, walking trails and parks. There are so many benefits when you choose a lot in Stonehedge Estates.

Budget Planning
We will provide you with a cost analysis sheet and show you how much your house will cost per square foot. We will also work to help you stay within your budget.

Workmanship
Homes by Daniel Mogen employees and sub-contractors build with pride as if they were building their own homes. All of our employees and sub-contractors have been with us for several years. We like for our customers to meet with our sub-contractors so they feel comfortable and know what is going on.

Customer Service
We are available to you for questions, comments or concerns at all times. We like to have meetings every other week or more to keep you up to speed. We also provide a weekly timetable of your home progress to assure we meet the closing date.

Customer Selection
You will be provided with a binder that contains helpful information to guide you through the home building process. This binder will help you keep track of your interior and exterior product selections. We also provide our sub-contractors business cards and warranty papers for your records.
